The exact providers used by a deployment depend on the features enabled by the workspace owner. This page explains the processor categories, why they are needed, and when customer content may reach them.

CORE
The production host runs the Helpeto application, PostgreSQL stores structured workspace data, and Cloudflare R2 may store attachments using private tenant-prefixed keys. Deployment owners select and configure these providers.
OPTIONAL
Google and Microsoft process OAuth and connected mailbox operations when those channels are enabled. An SMTP/IMAP provider processes its own mailbox traffic. OpenRouter receives selected context only when an agent invokes AI. Stripe processes subscription billing.
CONTROL
A provider does not receive workspace content merely because Helpeto supports it. Processing begins when an authorized owner configures the integration or invokes the feature. Connections can be removed from settings.
