DATA

Information Helpeto may process

Helpeto may process account identity, workspace membership, invitations, connected channel configuration, customer contacts, message content, recipients, attachments, internal notes, ticket events, tasks, automation, billing identifiers, and technical security records. The mobile app may also process device platform, preferred language, an Expo push token, notification permission state, and the ticket destination needed to open a notification.

02

PURPOSE

Why the information is used

Data is used to authenticate users, synchronize and send email, organize support requests, enable team collaboration, store requested files, deliver ticket notifications through Expo and Apple Push Notification service, run selected AI operations, manage web subscriptions, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability. Helpeto does not sell customer data or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

03

PROVIDERS

Services that may process data

Apple, Google, or GitHub may process identity data when their sign-in option is used. Expo and Apple process device and delivery information for mobile notifications. Connected Google, Microsoft, SMTP, or IMAP providers process mailbox operations selected by the workspace owner. Cloudflare R2 may store private attachments, OpenRouter receives selected context only when AI is invoked, Stripe processes web subscription billing, and hosting, database, security, and transactional-email providers process data required to operate the service.

04

CONTROL

Retention, deletion, and contact

Account, session, and push-token data is retained while an account is active and as needed to provide and secure the service. Users can permanently delete their Helpeto account from Profile settings. Sole-member workspaces and their associated tickets, channels, customers, and stored files are deleted with the account; shared workspace business records remain available to their other members and personal access is removed. Other data is retained only as needed for the service or applicable legal obligations. Users can disconnect integrations, revoke provider access, or contact privacy@helpeto.com for a privacy request.
