Information we process
We may process account and workspace details, connected email channel configuration, support conversations, and technical records required to operate the product.
How we use information
We use data to provide the service, synchronize email, run team workflows, maintain security, and improve the product. We do not sell customer data for advertising.
Credentials and AI
Mailbox credentials, OAuth tokens, and OpenRouter keys are encrypted before storage. When you use AI features, the conversation context needed for the request may be sent to your selected model provider.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Deleted tickets may be permanently removed after the recovery period shown in the product.
