Can I change my delivery address?
Customer context, team activity, and reply history stay in one conversation.
USE
Users must comply with applicable law, protect account access, maintain accurate information, and remain responsible for activity in their workspaces. Abuse, unauthorized access, malicious content, spam, or interference with the service is prohibited.
BILLING
Free is limited to one user and 10 new tickets per day. Pro is billed at $5.99 per active workspace member each month. Seat changes may update Stripe subscription quantity and create prorated charges or credits. Current checkout terms are shown before purchase.
CONTENT
Workspace owners confirm they have the rights and permissions needed to connect mailboxes and process customer data. They retain ownership of their content. Helpeto works to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Questions: legal@helpeto.com.
