These terms explain the basic rules for using Helpeto accounts and workspaces.

Using the service
You must use Helpeto in accordance with applicable laws, protect your account credentials, and remain responsible for activity by users in your workspace.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is limited to one user and 10 new tickets per day. Pro costs $5.99 per active workspace member each month. Subscription quantity may change with membership, and Stripe may apply prorated charges.
Content and email channels
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect your mailboxes and process customer data. You retain ownership of your content.
Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be limited for security, maintenance, or misuse.
